Process Traditional honjozo brewing in cedar barrels. Twenty-four months of fermentation builds body and complexity that fast industrial batches never develop. Brewed in Kamikawa, Hokkaido — where cold seasons and clean water shape every batch.
Ingredients Five simple ingredients: organic soybeans, organic wheat, sea salt, koji, and natural spring water. Japanese certified organic.
How to Use Keep it on the counter and reach for it daily. A few drops on eggs, rice, or avocado toast. In the pan for stir-fries and fried rice. Great on grilled salmon, roasted vegetables, and weeknight chicken. One bottle for food that should taste finished, not flat. For long lasting freshness, refrigerate.
